How do I reserve a locker?

Open the LinkC app, choose a location, select duration, and confirm. You'll get a confirmation when reserved.

How do I unlock the locker?

Go to "My Reservations" in the app and press "Unlock" when you are at the locker.

What happens if I forget to pick up my items?

You'll get reminders via push/SMS. After expiration, a short extended pickup may be given. Contact support if you need more time.

Can I extend my reservation?

Yes, extend an active reservation in the app if the locker isn't reserved after your period.

How do I get a refund?

Email support@linkc.io with your reservation number. Technical errors normally result in a full refund.

Can I share access with others?

Yes. Share access to a reserved locker with other LinkC users; they'll get a notification and can unlock via their app.

What can I store?

Personal belongings, documents, and packages. Illegal, dangerous, or flammable items are prohibited.

Are my belongings insured?

Have your own insurance for valuable items. Our liability is limited per our terms.
